All-on-4 uses four strategically angled implants to support a complete fixed arch — often in a single surgical appointment. Most patients avoid bone grafting entirely because the angled rear implants engage denser bone. A functioning temporary arch is placed the same day; the final permanent prosthesis is seated 4–6 months later.
For qualifying candidates, same-day implants allow the implant post and a temporary tooth to be placed in one visit. Eligibility is confirmed by 3D CT scan at your complimentary consultation.
